How much does a barndominium cost to build in North Carolina?
Most NC barndominium builds we estimate land between $150–$275 per square foot turnkey, depending on finish level, span, site work, and whether you're including a shop bay. Shell-only builds run lower. We give a transparent line-item estimate after a short discovery call.
How long does it take to build a barndominium?
From signed plans to move-in, most barndominiums we build in North Carolina take 6–10 months. Shell-only post-frame structures can be dried-in in a few weeks once the slab is poured.
Do you build barndominiums outside Salisbury?
