Frequently Asked

Answers before you call.

How much does a pole barn cost in North Carolina?

Pricing varies with size, doors, and finish level, but most ag-use pole barns we estimate fall in the $25–$45 per sq ft range erected. Enclosed shops with insulation run higher.

Are your pole barns engineered?

Yes. Every post-frame structure we build is properly engineered for wind, snow, and span to meet North Carolina code.

Do you offer kits or only built-on-site?

We build on site — turnkey. We coordinate the slab, set posts, frame, sheet, and finish trim so you get a finished building, not a kit to assemble.
